Chief Executive Officer
Entrepreneurial energy‑sector manager with 10 + years’ experience in Oil and Gas, including LPG importation, distribution and Pay‑As‑You‑Go models. Full P&L ownership, multi‑site operations and regulatory stewardship in Tanzania. Proven success scaling customer bases, unlocking impact finance and deploying digital tools—including smart‑meter platforms—to deliver affordable, safe and sustainable cooking solutions at mass‑market scale. He leads sales, events, and promotions, ensuring ATD Digital is a trusted local partner for organisations seeking transformation.

Chief Technology Officer
With over 20 years of experience leading delivery for financial services, governments, and enterprises in Canada, the UAE and beyond, Salem brings global expertise and proven frameworks to ATD Digital.
He oversees technical strategy, delivery governance, and the development of proprietary IP such as dashboards and compliance accelerators.
